JB BATTERY Lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries are often considered for their higher energy density, lighter weight, longer cycle life, superior capacity retention, and ability to withstand a broad range of ambient temperatures. Quality and your safety are the main requirements of Li-ion battery packs. For the development and manufacture of Li-ion battery packs, many factors must be considered from a quality assurance perspective in order to ensure basic requirements. So JB BATTERY make the Lithium batteries ensure safety and high quality.
Materials of LiFePO4 Battery
The lithium manganate, lithium iron phosphate, lithium cobalt oxide we purchase from quality material suppliers. They are put into a vacuum high-speed stirring machine more than 12 hours to ensure that the density of the entire cylinder of raw materials.
Coating of LiFePO4 Battery
High-precision thermostatic coating machine and laser keep the same thickness tolerance less than 1µm.
Sheeting of LiFePO4 Battery
Precision automatic roll machine to ensure the height of the pole piece of the same thickness; ultrasonic welding makes pole pieces and perfect pole combination, welding firm, low resistance.
Wrapping of LiFePO4 Battery
Our aluminum-plastic film without wrinkles, rupture. The automatic winding machine makes the consistency of the core volume. The high-temperature sealing machine seals the edge of lipoly battery to insulate of air moisture.
Baking of LiFePO4 Battery
Our vacuum roasters bake the lithium iron phosphate batteries under 75-80 degrees more than 36 hours adequately.
Assembling of LiFePO4 Battery
The point inspection for internal resistance & voltage before assembling PCM, wires & connector. We do another testing again for the above items after collecting.
Aging & grading of LiFePO4 Battery
Constant temperature cabinet activates the lipoly battery. High-precision cabinet test the real capacity & curve of each cell.
Packing of LiFePO4 Battery
Checking each the surface of lipoly battery & quantity when we put them into the groove of plastic trays. All trays are fixed by wrapping film without rocking. Sturdy cartons are fit for internal shipment by air or by sea.
